This is a new journey for me. I am going to take it 1 day at a time. Mini milestones. I am going to remember that just because I fall down once or twice, I can get back up and try again. I need to learn from my mistakes and make changes accordingly.
I am new to this bloging thing. I feel vulnerable. I want to lose 35-40lbs. I have not lost the baby weight from my first, she is 13 now.
My main goal is to shape and tone. I know that muscle weighs more, so I am trying not to concentrate on the number, but how my clothes fit. Also, how I look in the mirror. I want to like my reflection.
Tracking what I eat and what exercises I do is a pain in the butt for me. I figured that if I do it here, maybe I will hold myself accountable. Maybe I will actually follow through with this. I have a tendancy to get "sidetracked" and lose my way.
Everyday is a new beginning. Start the day right and know that you can do it. Don't sweat the small stuff. Praise yourself for EVERY accomplishment, no matter how trivial you think it is.
