Working on my Tri

I am working on a sprint triathlon training. That seems to be in everything that I have typed on this website. It occurs to me that it is because I am 1) super excited to not only do this but to be able to do this physically and 2) people run 5ks all the time but it takes a special person to run a triathlon. I have always been a bit on the heavy side (obese) and so being able to run and bike and swim is pretty amazing to me.
If you have any advice from doing it, please feel free to let me know.
