I do challenges to keep me active. I sign up for them so it gives me a reason to do certain activities and to have a reason to log on and keep track. I usually don't go back and check on them, I wait till there over and it's posted on my news feed. Then I check to see my progress with others to see how I did. Yah if I placed pep talk to try harder next time if I am really lagging.   I enjoy logging my workouts on here that way I can always go back and check my progress. I am doing this to get healthy not skinny.
