At the first beginning

Once we deceided to start our Workout. After checking the Web for various Workout methods, we choosed the "Calisthenic Workout" - also known as "Street Workout".
We started our Workout on 17.03.2014.
Here is the Pictures I looked like, at the early beginning.
At this time I was hardly able to do 5 Sets, with 5 various Pushup Methods, and always 5 Reps of each Pushup. (Total: 125 Reps)
Training Plan at this time:
5 Sets - 5 Reps each:
1. Diamond Pushup
2. Normal Pushup
3. Wide Pushup
4. Concentrated Pushup (Count to 7 on going down & going up)
5. Decline Pushup
