In February of 2006 I had gastric bypass. The day of surgery I was at 379 pounds at 5'2. My highest weight was 420. Today I am at 242 with my lowest weight being 238, which means I lost almost 200 pounds! And I have maintained this weight for six yrsand believe me, it isn't easy. I am still overweight, but actually content with where I'm at, but would like to loose more. On Sunday 5/24/14 I started counting calories to loose more after a nine day cruise helped me get to 250! Gaining my weight back is one of my biggest fears. The last five days of counting calories has got me more motivated and feeling better, less sluggish and more energy. Look forward to a awesome experience of weight loss!
