A Walk in My Shoes

In November 2011, I attained my goal of 115.  It is now July 2014 and I am now floating at 128.4.  I can't continue at this pace.  In fact I have not routinely walked since last year because I suffered from "Frozen Shoulders".  The pain and limitations from my "Frozen Shoulders" are all but gone and I must once again get back into the swing of things.  A healthy lifesytle is a choice and a chore at times.  So I must dust off my rules and my walking shoes.  My first goal is to walk every day but power walk at least 8 miles during the week.  Dedicating the morning hours for this task is the best and coolest solution.  The next rules to dust off will be the no seconds rule and of course no eating after 5.  Attention to detail smaller portions (1 slice of pizza instead of 4).  So I have 13.6 pounds to lose.  August the 20th is my target date since I believe I can safely lose 3 pounds a week by just adjusting my lifesytle choices.  This blog seemed to help before to establish my conviction.  I don't want to ever see the 130s again.  So here goes it is Wed Jul 9 8:00Am 127.2 (without my shoes)......so I have already lost some weight......the plan for today is to get a good lunch and a delicious small dinner before 5pm.....Walk path cycle today laps in the morning outside before the weather rains down on me..
