The Calendar

Every Morning I weigh myself and write down the weight on a calendar.  This is a fun way also to keep on track to your goal.  Today I weighed in at 124.6  On Sunday, I walked about 2 miles with my sister (only half of our usual walk) but I have not walked regularly or much at all in months due to frozen shoulder which has all but gone.  The sun was hot early so I we did not push for the extra two miles.  I even had a steak and loaded baked potato and a small salad and a desert around 3pm yesterday.  In six days I have lost approximately 4.6 pounds. Every day I have weighed in I have lost alittle.  Just by consciously making the effort and enforcing it by writing it down.  I have done this before so I know that getting back on track to the lifestyle I had will be only as difficult as if I chose not to do it.  I am making really good progress and so will continue the pace.  My goal is back to 115.
