Weigh IN 123 pounds.  That a loss of 5.5 pounds in 12 days.  I will be doing my 4 miles or so I hope.  The last walk which was last week was just 2 miles.  The heat was on.  Today the weather has cooled down (in July) so I will be walking this morning that should firm things up a bit.  I have also changed my eating habits in the last 3 days and have cooked some delicious dinners adding a salad to the main course of each and even a desert.  I may be down to my target weigh sooner than I think but I will just let it come down naturally by changing my eating habits and getting my lifestyle back into sync.  In just 12 more days I could be down to 118. So my goal of 115 should be reachable in 3 more weeks.
