in 2011 I weighed in the one teens. Then in 2012 I weighed in the one seventies. For the last ten years off and on bulimia has been an issue, binging, vomiting, over exercising or never exercising all in its own phase. It's been a day with no throwing up and if I can go a day, I can go a year, a lifetime. It is not much of a life goal, but it is certainly one good decision that's absolutely worth while. I don't even know what my goal weight is. but my current weight is under 130 which is healthy. Just staying strong and staying below 130 is my general ambition. My method in all this is to only eat twice per day, high in protein and vegetables, low in sugar and carbs. Additionally, exercising regularly and drinking plenty of liquid will help too. Let's never give up.
