Energy Level

I am starting week 2 with a good attitude. I have lost a little bit of weight. So good compared to 48 months of constant gaining. That was encouraging. But this morning I am still struggling with fluctuating energy levels. The good news is I have not been waking up feeling like I never slept: I hate that feeling. Instead I wake up ready to face the day, then breakfast, then fatigue.
So now I am trying to exercise for a few minutes BEFORE breakfast.. and that energy boost seems to sustain me. So my goal this week will be more exercise awareness. My Fitbit is giving me great information on my up and down times. I have had my Fitbit for about 3 months and was appalled had how little I was moving. What a wakeup call! I have almost doubled my steps, and still want to add more. So time to strut my stuff
