I just returned from a 32 min walk=up and down hills. There is not a flat place here since I live in the mountains. My doggie and me braved the cold.
I binged last night on cheddar cheese popcorn.
I am going to try to hit 15,000 steps again today as I did yesterday. What I do is I get on treadmill for 20min then going do some things. Off and on throughout I day I will get on it for 10 to 20 min at a time . I find it easy when I do this that an hour at a time.
