21 pounds to my goal. Rules No Sugar..No Salt No Eating after 5pm...
Eat on a small plate...Water with every small meal...Exercise ...See the Sun...Focus Focus Focus ....10 Weeks should do it....
Sounds so easy but Sugar Treats on the Counter are hard to resist.
Water ....instead of juices....
Veggies..instead of sweets
No crackers with soups.....
Relax at meals....no rush ....include music ....
Chicken Pop Pie at lunch.....
Walk Fast with a Friend......
