Will 2019 is coming to a close. I am grateful to Our Lord for the blessings he gave my family and me. I maintained my weight for the most part. I gain about 5lbs and people have commented that I looked good because I was to thin at 145.I continued to walk almost daily. Unfortunately my eating did not improve. I did more bedtime eating than I wanted to. Also I live 50 miles from grocery store so its diffiult to keep fresh fruits/veggies on hand.
Goals for 2020
1 Drink more water
2 Limit bedtime eating to 3-5 times a week I think I'll keep track on ary calendar.
