1. Healthy but tasty food

You will have known a lot of diets, of detox recipes too. Yet, to keep yourself in top shape, all you need to do is adopt very simple habits, without complex patterns and sadness-trigger deprivations.

First of all, you could simply eat everything but in small quantities. Quantities are key, as is the completeness and balance of meals. Each meal should not lack carbohydrates (complexes, such as cereals but also bread), proteins, good fats, fibers, vitamins and minerals.

And it is equally important for your body not to introduce excessively processed or always industrial foods: focus a lot on seasonal vegetables (fruit, vegetables, legumes) and buy less but high-quality foods.

2. Physical activity for your health

When we think of physical activity and sport, we are now led to associate it with diet or in any case with a practice aimed at an aesthetic result. All true, but the effects on the silhouette are only the tip of the iceberg of a deep well-being. And even of a lasting and effective prevention in terms of health.

Think that every time you do physical activity, it not only helps your body lose weight. In addition, it protects your heart, lowers cardiovascular risk, prevents diabetes and neurodegenerative diseases.

3. A good sleep that is truly restful

To feel good, there is no doubt, you need to sleep well. Sleeping well does not mean sleeping a fixed number of hours. This quantitative detail depends a lot from subject to subject. There are people who get enough rest if they sleep 5-6 hours, and others who need the usual 8 hours.

How to facilitate sleep? Going to bed at more or less the same time, turning off all types of technological devices before sleeping, having an early dinner and having a light meal, sipping a relaxing herbal tea or the classic cup of milk with a little honey. It's easy, but it works.

4. Less stress

You might object “well, easy to say!". But it is actually also easy to do. You may not be able to eliminate every source of stress, unfortunately, but the superfluous ones can. When you have too many things to do and think about, your stress escalates to become a kind of uncontrollable avalanche.

But multitasking is not a good idea. It is not true that women are inclined to it by nature. Women are multitasking because, in a certain sense, they are constrained by the rhythms of life and responsibilities. If they are not, feelings of guilt emerge. Thus, a vicious circle is generated, which is seen from the outside as an essential quality: precisely, multitasking.

But always wanting to do everything is bad for your nervous system and health. Learn to delegate and share workloads with others. Start doing relaxing yoga sessions. Purchase a nice outfit in the sportswear, granting you peace and comfort!

5. Eat natural: less refined flours and sugar

Eating natural does not necessarily mean going to the organic market close to home. Eating natural means choosing foods that are as close to nature as possible. So, very little processed: meat, fish, cheese, cereals, vegetables. Anything you like, in the right quantity is fine. The important thing is that it has not been treated, perhaps over and over again.

There are days when it happens to have to resort to ready-made foods and it is certainly not a problem. Just find the balance in other meals, without stress. Eating natural is an easy habit and is good for the whole family. It also helps to appreciate the flavors more and, paradoxically, to eat less.

6. Love yourself

Of course, self-love habits are closely linked. Accepting herself with all her flaws is the noblest action a woman can do for herself.

The image of the smiling, submissive, maternal and complacent damsel can remain relegated to the printing of ancient figures and paintings. Nothing can define the concept of woman, nor is it possible to compare one woman with another. She always remembers to be beautiful!
