My favourite short pasta is definitely the Barilla Penne Lisce. I often use it in dishes and cook it with different sauces. My parents didn't really understand my passion, but after trying it, they realised it was better than most pastas. It doesn't break, it doesn't stick and it's a pleasure to cook!
