About me: Hi All I am trying out the HcG Diet after seeing a coworker have wonderful results. The diet includes 4 Phases P1 Loading (2days) P2 Very Low Calorie (500 cal/day for 19-47days), P3 Maintenance (3 Weeks) and P4 Lifetime or Start 2nd Round of P1/P2.
I am a working mother of 3 kids, ages 9, 7 and 3.5yrs. I am also a preschool Lead teacher with a class of 12 two yr old toddlers. I have been struggling with stress, 30 weight gain and severe lack of energy. My feet hurt all the time b/c they can't hold my weight any longer. I also have back problems and Asthma. I quit smoking with my husband over a week ago, he is doing better than I.
