I recently went to my doctor for a regular annual check up. After getting my lab results back, I find that I am prediabetic. Well, that was a wake-up-call! So, the same day I began my meal and exercise planning so that I can prevent from getting type 2 diabetes.
My first planned meal started on March 27, 2010.
