Becoming popular on facebook
I know that you will have to invest in smm anyway if you want to become more popular on facebook but how much money I will actually have to spend?

Depends on your intentions. I mean, being popular isn't a clear goal. How many subscribers do you want? How many likes and so on? What content do you produce?
It's very hard to assess.

I am convinced that Facebook isn't that relevant as it was several years ago. However, there are still many people who want to promote their account on this site. So, for them, this is necessary to buy facebook likes because it still influences the place where your post is ranked.

I don't think there's a point in promoting your Facebook account anymore, most people are getting more into other social media.

You're probably right, but I think it's still necessary for people who are willing to promote their facebook blog or something like that. It's important for affiliates, and I can tell you that many people get passive income by joining programs like https://prposting.com/blog/4-affiliate, and you can consider something like that as well because it can be a good source of additional earnings for you.
