Changing exercise rest time
Really like the site. The best I have found so far and I looked for awhile. But is there anyway to change the amount of rest time for an exercise? Also is there any way to remove the target lift and reps. I find this not really necessary. It would also be helpful to add a small note section next to each set/rep group just to say too heavy or add weight during next session. Any plans to update this section? Not complaining just thought to make it better.

rest time
We have an update planned that will allow for the edit of rest time -- should be fairly easy although there are a couple other updates that will be included with it (adding calories burned for each exercise to the tracker) so it will take a few weeks.

Removing target is something we've discussed but that will be part of a larger overhaul of the tracker interface. Should happen fairly soon, but a little bit down the road.

We've discussed allowing "notes" as well -- would also be part of the larger tracker overhaul.
