Help
Hello everyone. I'm new to the site and need some help on an exercise routine I can do to help lose weight without going to a gym. I have axcess to a glider and treadmill and that's it. What kind of exercises can I do to help lose weight and firm and tone while losing? I have lost 7 pound in 2 weeks by using the glider. And which is better for a diet, watching calories or carbs? I need to lose about 100 pounds. Can someone please help?

Exercises
Go to "WORKOUT AND FITNESS" at the top of the fitclick page and click on "Exercises". Then you can look at the exercises and mark the ones you could do as "Favorites". There are endless to choose from. Good luck.

Diet
You need to have a balanced meal to avoid negative effects on your body. We are supposed to eat according to the meal plan they give us and try to burn most of the calories we consume by exercising.
