Historical values
Here is another suggestion of improvement, if I change a recipe or a food at some point in time, I would like the system to let me decide if I want all my previous entries of that recipe or food to be modified or not...

And what if someone else changes one that you've used?
I've wondered what happens to my recipes if the ingredients created by someone else are altered by them?
Also, would my past nutrition information change to reflect their change(s)?
