Knee surgery reversing my results
My recent knee surgery has reversed my weight loss results, yes, now I'm gaining weight and i havent been to the gym. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar and how they managed through it without gaining weight. I'm planning on spending my summer in California on the beach and I wanna look hot. thanks

light impact exercises
how badly is your knee limiting your movement? if you're just trying to avoid high-impact training, i'd suggest swimming. it's great cardio to get your heart-rate up, and if you use proper form and put in enough time, you're bound to see some huge improvements in your core definition. also, if you're up for it, i'd suggest trying some exercises that isolate your upper body as to not aggravate your knee. i'm sure that if you consulted with your physician, that they'd have a list of ways to stay somewhat active during your recovery.
