How to improve the quality of sleep without the use of any medication? I don't want to spoil my health with sleeping pills. Maybe you have some useful recipes?

Usually, before going to bed, I read a book, turn off all gadgets and drink a glass of water. Sometimes an evening run or a little workout helps.

A good sleep requires complete silence, lack of light for proper melatotin production, a clear sleep schedule, as well as a properly selected mattress, pillow and bedding. By the way, I order bed linen according to the advice from this site, as I like the composition. I really sleep better. Plus, you need to reduce your stress levels.
