Sugar Withdrawal
For a long time I ate nothing but fast food. It was hard to plan meals go to school and go to work, so I took the easy way out. I've gained lots of weight because of it but now I'm working on fixing that problem.
This is my second day of eating more healthful choices but I think I'm going through sugar withdrawal. I have a really bad headache and feel kinda sick...does anyone have any solutions for this or do I have to wait it out?
