Weight training
Hi I am new to this and I was just wondering if this program tell you when you should make changes to your workout for example....whens hould you up the amount of weights and when you should up the amount of reps?

Training
If you allow the FitClick team to build a training program for you based on your preferences, as you input your results, it will increase the weight and reps required incrementally. A good feature if you're starting out. Helps you to not overtrain but does help you progress. Good luck!
