scale of weight graph and "save as" diet plans
I would like to see the scale of your graph changed, with the scale of the vertical axis being from 0 to 220+, a few pounds of weight loss does not look very promising or encouraging!

Another thing, it would be nice to be able to have a sort of "save as" function for the diet plans. I have done a detailed plan for 1 week, and would like to use it as a basis for the 2nd week so that I don't have to re-enter so much (as at least 50%, if not 75%, will be the same).
