From the creator: I have continued this weight loss challenge to extend the New Year.....Why? Because we all have had that goal to lose weight by New Years...then after January 2 is over, we are back to our old habits, forgetting the promise we made to ourselves. This group is meant to inspire, uplift and challenge each other, so that WE can be held accountable for ourselves. I am now 220 lbs. and by the time this challenge breaks, I will push myself to be beneath the 200s. We will soon see that our personal goals will be met and we shall continue on. Eating right, Portion Control, Drinking 12c - 16 c of water daily, Exercise...WE CAN DO IT!
