From the creator: Today is the start of a NEW MONTH, NOVEMBER. How many of us say, OK, I'm going to REALLY start my diet, life change, journey, etc. Well this is the day to do it!
MY REASON: God Willing I will be 34 in the month of March and I want to start anew. I have done the, "I'm not going to give myself a time limit" thing for way too long, and it’s gotten me nowhere. I NEED a time limit to KEEP me Motivated, To PUSH myself, even when times are hard! So,
WHAT HAVE I DONE TO PREPARE: I have the motivation from my other groups. I printed out calendars as a countdown & posted it on my bed room wall, I stopped buying junk and forcing myself to drink MORE water & Exercise, Exercise Exercise!
MY GOAL: To lose 10 pounds a month, averaging about 2 pounds a week for 5 months, which will bring me to lose 55 pounds and make my weight 160.
AM I STOPPING at 160 POUNDS: NO. I would have 30 more pounds to lose b/c my ultimate goal is to be 130 pounds even.
