From the creator: Do 4 minutes of your fav cardio/strength exercises at high intensity for 20 sec intervals with 10-sec rest in between each set. Done. Track any tabata exercises you do in the workout tracker to get credit for the challenge. I tried to include as many exercises as I could but some may not register because they were not FITCLICK created exercises. DO: sit ups, crunches, box jumps, burpees, push ups, jump rope, jumping jacks, knee ups, boxing, running in place, marching in place, then: just track "TABATA" in the tracker, and add the amt of time you did. Just have fun.
