Well I blew it! Dang it. I have to get back on track. I have been feeling better only pain I have been having is the pain in my back from falling. I have picked up another old habit that I care not to mention. That is going to be a bear to diet and quit the habit too. But, I have to have strength and do this for my heart health. I really hope I can do this.
