I'm so pleased - I actually managed to finish the entire Level 1 of the 30 Day Shred. Sweat buckets and looking forward to pushing on - can't wait for Day 6 morning to weigh in.
And to keep it going, it was just 2 bananas for breakfast with the Special K waiting with pots of fat-free yogurts!
Yups - can be done. Did it before, gained it all back after 1 year stoppage - gotta do it again!
