The food is tempting me! Damn break-up and holiday weekend coinciding... just makes me want to eat everything. Stayed around 1500 on the day so even a bit over is awesome, as my BMR is 2400+. An approximate 500kcal/day deficit plus moderate exercize will have me shedding the pounds. Now I just need to leave the weights next to the computer and keep doing sets throughout the day... I can do this...
