Hi
I have been stressed out over some stuff this weekend. Nothing considered huge by the standards of all that is going on in the world. I am just someone that tends to worry. I also tend to eat to relax, which admittedly shoots my diet in the foot. Does anyone else out there struggle with eating to relax? If you do, then what do you do about it? How do you keep from running for the crunchy cheese balls or the sweet ice cream sodas?
