I'm keeping busy with that never ending "To-do-list" - and staying on track. I've been on this site for a week now and the scale has not moved - I am having some serious issues with eatting at night - I know if I can kick the night eatting, then I know I can kick the weight! Cheers people!

It's past noon and all I've drank is coffee - need to get some food into me - think I might get some fresh fruit and yogurt - I've been bad today skipping meals - this causes me to eat at night and I feel like I've failed when I do that.
And I haven't drank any water yet - shameful!
