I configured my meal plan to the low-carb profile created by DietWatch.com. Next meal is lunch. My husband thought he'd treat me by bringing a bag of fast food from Culver's, but I'm sticking with my grilled salmon.
I still need to check into the exercise part.
I'm happy so far with the program! It's easy to substitute foods I'm used to eating, and keeping the 40:30:30% (carbs/protein/fat) ratio really close.
