Food journals really reveal how bad my diet can be.
I like this one particularly because it tracks all nutritional facts about what I eat and keeps it all tallied.
this works worlds better then trying to keep up with my diet on notebook paper.
i'm quickly realizing how much of a change i need to make.
day one of my diet tracking and i went emmensely over budget and i didn't work out like a planned. The working out shouldn't be hard, it's only twice a week.
I eat too much much at night.

I just found FitClick on the internet, i'm excited to try it out. I'm hoping it can help me get on track and lose some weight. i'm not extremely overweight. 5'8'' 175 lbs, according to the blood pressure machines at HEB i'm just a few pounds over healthy. I want to try and lose 20 lbs and be a healthy, lean 155 or around that range. I'm aiming to just restrict my diet from bad fast foods and beverages and work out at least twice a week.
