New Groups Functionality and Home Page Layout Change

Phase 1 of the new Groups functionality is now live on the site. We moved a few things around to improve the layout, making the Captain's message more prominant. So if you're the Captain of the group and haven't posted a picture or message please do so.

You'll also notice that we added a weight loss data point so you can see how the group is doing as a whole. And the top weight loss "losers" are also presented so you can see how it's done.
