Today I am starting with my first challenge. Losing weight has been a strugle for me for yeas now. I am an emotional eater and would like to brake theat bad habit of mine. I started my first challange just to have my progress on "paper":)). I want this to work so I will do my best to start exercising and stop eating big amounts of food for a month and see where it will take me. Hopefully to a better state of mind and stronger body with lots of energy. Good luck to me!!!:)
