Am so excited to have finally found a free online diet/exercise diary. And, look, it even has a blogging feature! Not sure whether I will use this regularly, but let's give it a whirl.
Let me try to make a long story short:
I've been aware of my weight ever since I was 12 years old. Back then I felt I was a little bit overweight and always wanted to lose a handful of pounds. I danced ballet back then, so body image issues came with the territory...
