I was hoping to find someone who could tell me if I am taking the right steps to lose weight and create a toned body at the same time.
For the past 6 weeks, I have been working out 4 to 5 days a week at the gym with a basic plan the gym owner created for me to target all muscle groups; my routine is to walk 3 miles first, then work out certain muscle groups on certain days, alternating upper and lower body exercises.
