Going to double up on the exersizes 3days aweek, monday, wednesday, fridays pop in and do at min 30 cardio

Started on the step machine today, after powering through the soreness in the knees it worked out real good, now i'll start alternating between tredmill and stepping machine through out the week and maybe stepper on saturdays before the spa.....
