Someone once told me never take 2 days off in a row because it can totally throw you out of a routine. Well I haven' t worked out for the last two days and although I do feel out of routine, I am itching to get back at it. I lost few pounds from my new eating habits and daily exercise, so I am nervous that if I stop I will lose all my progress. I am 5'5 and I weigh 144, I'm not fat but for me I feel extraordinarily chunky. I want to lose weight so that I can get down somewhere in the comfortable 120's range.
