Lossing weight can be Hard and it has some what been a struggle for many Years I am hoping that this program works for a very long time for my Height I am considered somewhat overweight. My height is 55 but I am skinny Its the belly I want to loose so I am hoping I can follow the correct way and take maybe large meals into small meals This month I have given up all sweets and Junk food I want to be more Healthy and drink More water which is what I am doing now
