Someone once told me that if you workout or run, or anything for 3 weeks it becomes a habit. I say they are full of it! With trying to spend time with family, working full time and whatever else life throws at you, I say you do what you can. If you are fortunate enough to be able to set time aside for exercise, I know it will be easier. If your schedule doesn't allow it, it's tough. Best of luck everyone!
