First day again. I was going to join weight watchers but this is actually the same thing and it's free. I'm counting cal. instead of points. I have to get serious and just do it. I can find alot of reason why I can do it, but it stems from being lazy. I have to do one day at a time and it's a life style change.

After my melt down yesterday, I have jumped back on the wagon and going to more forward. Taking one day at a time and today is day 1. I have wrtten on my blog the reasons why I don't want to gain my weight back and another blog on why I want to be thinner. I am going to read this everyday and some days I may have to read it serveral times..... Feeling better and ready to get started. My main goal today is to get moving. EXERCISE!!!!

I don;t know what is happening to me. I don't want to gain my weight but I am eating more! I hate myself because of my eating and lack of energy, but I don;t do anything to help myself. My uniforms are getting tighter I'm back in a XL shirt was getting into a medium. I was getting into a size 12 pants and now I'm going to have to buy 16. I worked so hard to lose weight and I do remember when I was 250lbs and hated it!! I hated everything about being that big.&...

Wow, I have been on this site for several months and I've only lost 7lbs!! It shows me that I am not dedicated to one thing. Losing weight and being healthy is not the most important to me?? I need to re think this and see what iss important to me because I am wasting my own time spinning my wheels.

I did better yesterday. Only thing that I did that I could have done better was NOT to eat at my mothers and I ate something after 2130. I'm trying not to eat after 2030. Also, get my waters in!! Those are the 3 things that could have been better. I did clean house yesterday!LOL I also did my workout DVD for 50 min. This is the positive for me!! Today is another day.

Yesterday was a good day. I feel like I'm getting an handle on my diet once again. (I HOPE!!). I do have to push myself to exercise more. I will start the DVD and when I start to get tired, I will stop!! Today I will go for 30min before I stop. The goal for today.

Today I have to get back on track. I'm doing good, but I can feel myself right at the edge of falling off. Today everything that goes into my mouth I have to count for. I have to work a half of a day and then I will go to the Y. I have 3 lbs to reach my first goal.

I'm still going...... I just made a comment to someone that once you lose keep it off and don't lose the same weight twice. That is a lot of work to have to repeat yourself. Boy, is it a lot of work!! I have gained 10lbs and I'm trying to lose that weight AGAIN!! After writing her and looking at what I need to lose, that sucks!!! Today is my frist day back since vacation. I've been off for 1 1/2 weeks!! This is going to be a hard day!!! I did go to Zumba last night and boy, was thad HARD!! This girl moved things that I did know that we could move!!!!! I work the next 5 days so after this long stretch, I may attempt it again next week. I wish they offered classes around 8:00pm then I could go more. I made my lunches for all week and I'll be eating healthy and clean....
