So I joined a gym months ago to finally get my weight under control. I love working out. It makes me feel great and proud of myself for sticking with it. I just joined this site and had it make a workout plan for me so I wouldnt feel so lost at the gym. After two weight lifting sessions, my muscles are killing me! I am completely motivated and want to stick with this, but i'm in so much pain I can barely move. Does anyone have any advice for soothing aching muscles?
