After one week of obedeince, following my body's cues for when and what to eat, I have lost 9 lbs!!! I had some deserts in moderation. I had a little cheesecake, a mini ice cream cone, a mini popsicle, a chocolate mouse, and half a cinnamon bun but I never ate unless I was hungry and I stopped when content!. I did not take any pills of sorts. I kept active walking about 16-20 KM this week.
