I am looking for a work out plan that I can do at home daily were I can utilize what I have at home such as a treadmil, Wii Fit, Set of weights up to 5lbs, large ball and a TV. I need some motivation to accomplish my goals. I have been accumulating lots of fat and weight around my stomach area and back.
Please Help!
