Spent all of December and January creating a base of watching diet and discipline of working out daily as much as possible. I built a base of initial strength and conditioning but stalled out in weight loss over the last three weeks on South Beach diet Phase 2.
Found this site and am now tracking daily calorie intake without restricting any particular food group. Eating with variety across all groups in a balanced way. Also upped the workouts to an hour/fifteen daily.
