I really don't know where to start with all of this. I have had an eating plan sitting on my desk for the last year. I had planned on losing weight with the start of the new year <insert excuse here> I did quit smoking a year ago and I expected to gain about ten pounds. Well I was off I gained almost 30!! Now that I am almost a year out of quitting smoking I need to get this weight under control.
